Tonight, I cleaned my room. The room seemed to come alive in emptiness but not just the absence of garbage but through the reorganization of everything within it. Jon Brooks decided to tell us that he is having a walk through of our house the day before. I picked and vacuumed it until it was cleaned like it had never been before.
After I drank my six pack of Budweiser, I decided to throw on some records. The first being Loveless by My Bloody Valentine which holds a special place in my heart. The next couple records were by the Beatles. I'll be honest, I have not listened to them in a while and have been trash talking them as the "most overrated band of all time." I remember now why I bought these records. The first being Magical Mystery Tour being a great pop album that extended boundaries with its very psychedelicness. All the singles are very strong with Strawberry Fields Forever being my favorite. The next record I put on was The Beatles' Revolver. I remember being obsessed with these album two years ago. I even did a speech on it for the required class with others being Wu-Tang Clan's 36 Chambers and The Kink's Arthur. This album not quite so psychedelic but just even more poppy with a classical feel with a lot of little string arrangements especially Eleanor Rigby. My favorite off this album has to be Tomorrow Never Knows. This song in its basic principles had to be crazy for the time with Lennon reading from the Tibetan Book of the Dead giving it a strange eternal feel. This was great change of pace from all the hardcore stuff I have been listening to lately.
I have to work tomorrow at Tuff Dadz at 11am. I'll also be working the next three days as well making the big bucks. So, come and visit and we'll talk politics or how that Zacarias Moussaoui will spend a life sentence in jail instead of lethal injection.

Today I got up at 3pm. I bought some sweet records too: 7 Seconds - Walk Together Rock Together, Shellac - At Action Park, and Charles Bronson - youth attack. They all are pretty good.
This week is going to be full of nothing since school is finally over. I'm so glad because that had to be the worst semester of my life, bar none. Next semester with all my awesome history classes will be so much better.
John is coming over this week to add some keyboards parts to our rerecorded songs and it's going to be sweet.

Today, I got up pretty late around 3:00pm. After drinking some juice, Yost offered to take a trip to Ann Arbor. We ended up going to Wazoo after Encore was closed. I bought the new Hella DVD/EP , which is really good, and a cassette tape of the Top Gun soundtrack.
After that, I went and hung out with JPQ and we talked about the possibility of starting a band. That's should be cool since I'm only in two bands at the moment when I used to be in like 5 or 6. I'm going back to his house tomorrow to watch THE OC because I've missed a couple episodes due to the fact that I have drumline during that time.
I came home and watched some Family Guy which was a rerun. The season finale of Curb Your Enthusiasm was really good with Ali G being a special guest in heaven.

I had a test today in comparative religions class. I should try to go more often.
The kitchen at my house smells bad and gives flies somewhere to live. None of the food in the kitchen actually belongs to me. I've been going home lately for food.
My philosophies of life class has been really interesting lately. We have been talking about why should people be afraid of death. People actually talk and discuss this more than the Socrates dialogues which keeps me awake.
I got a new boss at my EMU job which work more enjoyable.
Grey Lights got a show at the elbow room with Charlie Slick in October. We need to practice.
Apetit continues to fall apart with everyone being busy. We got a show sometime in December a few blocks away. Recording a cassette tape has turned out to be harder than I had planned. JPQ wants to put it out whenever I get around to recording it.
Speaking of JPQ, I've been going to his house every Thursday night around 8pm for THE OC. We are suppose to go to the Soviettes, Against Me! show but he hasn't secured us a spot on guest list yet.
505 Washtenaw has got a noise ticket and a DUI in less than a month. Just imagine what we can do in a year.

I've moved into my new room. It's so empty right now but actually really clean. Lately my new roommates have been quite rowdy which doesn't really bother me but I haven't gotten used to it yet. I was told last night that my new room smells good for once and that was nice to hear. I've been working every morning at the golf course but that's almost done with since school is starting. After I'm done writing this I have to go to my EMU Admissions job which uber-lame. Hopefully I just get through the day quickly. Monday night is party night so have a BEER with FEAR.

I'm here in Colorado. It's been quite a fun trip thus far. We watch a lot of TV in Ben's old house which is now very stinky and has dirty dishes and trash as far as the eye can see. We've been drinking every night pretty much. Last night was especially interesting because we came across some Jagermeister. Trevor and I were suppose to split it but he ending up drinking most of it. He spent the rest of the night wrapped around the toilet bowl. I got a pretty good picture of it that I'll show everyone eventually. I also got a Depeche Mode record from the local record store here on the hill. I'll be back sometime Wednesday, hopefully in time for my radio show. I'll see you then.

Today I enjoyed cheesebrats on Jason and Ed's porch. It was the coolest thing that happened all day. After consuming some mexican beer to cool off after the brats, I walked home to find all the dishes from the sink in a box with a threatning note attached. I just took the one dish I use out of the box and cleaned it off. It ended up being the one thing I've done productive all day. I also had to ask my parents for some money which always sucks in the end. Tomorrow I have work at 10am. Hopefully I will actually go.
